Geoffrey King has taught MS 104D: Privacy in the Digital Age since Fall 2011.


In addition to serving as a Visiting Lecturer at UC Berkeley, Professor King leads the Internet and technology policy program at the Committee to Protect Journalists, an independent, nonprofit organization that promotes press freedom worldwide. Based in San Francisco, he protects the rights of journalists through advocacy, public education, and engagement with policymakers across the globe.
