Enrollment Tips – New Transfer Students

 Fall 2021 Enrollment Tips

– These tips are for courses offered by the Media Studies program only.
– We recommend enrolling in 13-14 units in your first semester.  This would typically consist of three 4-unit courses and a 1 or 2-unit course. The majority of Berkeley courses are 4 units.
We recommend Fall 2021 transfer students consider taking Media Studies W10 in Summer 2021, prior to their starting semester as we anticipate Fall 2021 demand for Media Studies W10 will be increased.
– Please see the Golden Bear Advising page for Fall Transfer Students for more information.
