Exciting News! Beginning fall 2024, Media Studies will no longer be a high-demand major and the requirements to declare will change. The prerequisite courses will remain the same. The deadlines differ depending on whether you are eligible to submit a declaration form or application form in fall 2024. Effective Fall 2024, the new declaration requirements for the Media Studies major will be as follows: Complete the four (4) prerequisites with a grade of a C or better in each course. Thank you for joining us at the UGIS Commencement Ceremony on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in Zellerbach Auditorium! The recorded Live Stream is available on YouTube and is also found on the UGIS Commencement Ceremony homepage. The UGIS Commencement Ceremony includes Media Studies majors, American Studies majors, and Interdisciplinary Studies Field (ISF) majors.
